Sloan Group engaged Hutchinson Consulting Engineers to complete the design and consent documentation for a new commercial/industrial unit on a vacant site in the Silverdale Industrial area.
The building features 330m2 of office and foyer space and a full height industrial area of 360m2. The building is constructed from reinforced concrete tilt panels and foundations, with suspended timber mid-floor and structural steel roof beams and light gauge DHS roof framing.
