Penney Rise Subdivision, Matakana
Hutchinson Consulting Engineers are completing the civil engineering design and construction supervision of the residential subdivision at Penney Rise Matakana. The residential development comprises of multiple stages with a total lot yield of 40.
The development includes the design of substantial earthworks operations, roading and right of ways, timber pole retaining walls, wastewater and stormwater reticulation, firefighting provisions, and stormwater attenuation.
Construction of Stages One and Two has been completed, with 10 lots released to the market.
Stage Three is currently under construction comprising an additional 8 lots with the balance of the lots (Stage Four) to follow.
