Between 2009 and 2011 Hutchinson Consulting Engineers completed the investigation, consultation, design, consenting, tendering and supervision of four 2.5m wide footbridges, 2km of path and numerous retaining walls for the then Rodney District Council around the 7.6km long Te Ara Tahuna Estuary Cycleway and Walkway.
