In August 2016 Auckland Council made the ambitious request that the construction of a new public toilet block facility at Waiake Beach be complete and opened before the 2016 Christmas break.
Having previously completed the design and consenting of the new toilet block in record time, Hutchinson Consulting Engineers were engaged to procure and manage the construction process through to completion.
Under our management the project was completed to an excellent standard, with the Code of Compliance Certificate issued in the first week of December 2016 just as the paint was drying in time for Christmas.
