Hutchinson delivered geotechnical, civil, and structural engineering for this light industrial/commercial development from concept through to completion.
Our team designed steel portal frame structures with precast tilt panel walls, tailored foundations to suit ground conditions, and retaining solutions to manage level changes across the site. Civil design covered stormwater, earthworks, carparking, and servicing, with consents secured through Auckland Council. We supported construction through to PS4 sign-off.
The result is a modern trade retail facility in a growing commercial precinct, delivered through a fully integrated engineering approach.
