Hutchinson Consulting Engineers completed the design and construction supervision for the Grand Drive subdivision for Orewa Subdivision Ltd. The residential development comprised of three stages with a combined total of around 120 lots. The development included design of substantial inground palisade retaining walls as well as a multitude of smaller timber pole and keystone retaining walls.
