Hutchinson provided civil design, resource consent reporting, engineering plan stage and construction supervision for an 80 Lot integrated residential development for GJ Gardner Homes School Road subdivision in Wellsford.
The dwellings are being designed and built in smaller sub-stages to best suit the current marketplace. Hutchinson are providing structural engineering services for the dwellings which include a combination of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses, with a mix of single storey and two storey houses and duplex arrangements.
